The apps

Each app's policy says what that app does on your device and what, if anything, leaves it.

This website

This website serves its fonts and images from the same site. It has no analytics, advertising, cookies, accounts, forms or third-party embeds.

This website is hosted by Vercel. When you visit, Vercel receives technical request information such as your IP address, the page you asked for, your browser and the time, to deliver and protect the site. Vercel keeps operational logs under its own settings and policies.

The design library at disco-moose.com is a separate website with its own analytics. This page does not cover it.

Contacting support

Email support@disco-moose.com with the app's name in the subject for help or privacy questions. Support for squiiish, sliiime and Riiiff should come from a parent or guardian. Please don't include sensitive information or personal information about a child.

Email sent to support@disco-moose.com passes through Squarespace's email forwarding service, which uses Mailgun, and is delivered to the developer's Gmail inbox. Squarespace, Mailgun and Google process your email address, message and any attachments to deliver and store it.

We use support emails only to answer your question and fix problems. We delete support emails and attachments within 90 days after your request is resolved, unless the law requires us to keep them longer. You can ask for earlier deletion by emailing support@disco-moose.com.

Children's privacy

Some Disco Moose apps are made for kids to use with a grown-up in charge. This website and support are for grown-ups. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, email support@disco-moose.com and we'll delete it.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update it here and change the effective date at the top. If a change affects how we use an email address you've given us, we'll tell you before it takes effect.
